   They look like 18k and the color is great. These are stiking. These do not look like typical bezel set earrings. The bezel is not rounded, as it appears photographed. The corners of the bezel are more distinct and sharp, even though they are circular. They look like “plugs”. The bezel is open on the sides, so more light shines through the stone. It gives the earrings a very fresh, contemporary look, but the stones are set securely and the backs are securely fitting and snug. They have “under prongs” holding the stone in place. The post is at the top of the earring…not in the middle. The fit very well on my ear. The metal is sturdy, solid. The stone is quite pretty, brilliant, and well cut. With the stones and gold metal, the overall effect is a nice, warm, sparkling glow.

   These are earrings that someone in most age groups will like…from early teens on up. I think these would make a great gift. A teen or fashion forward person would love these. These are nice size, not overly large, but substantial. I caught on ‘em sale and the price was really very inexpensive. They are not expensive at regular price. The come nicely presented, in a midnight blue velvet pouch and a blue gift box. Thanks, Amazon. Delivery was fast.
