Amazon offered this necklace on the “lightning deal” and I thought it would be nice for my mom. ($79.99 – thought I was saving $30-LOL). Anyway, for 80 bucks (free shipping) I thought “looks nice”. The necklace was just as I expected and I really felt my mom would like it – but the packaging on this was AWFUL! The sealed box arrived and when I opened to get to the smaller one inside – it was open … I worried … but found a little black pouch inside … opened that and a tiny zip lock bag – OPENED – was inside that. Inside that was my necklace … but the chain was TANGLED! This is a “fine” chain and I was able to untangle it but wasn’t happy I had to. There is nothing other than the packing slip that will tell my mom that this is a 14K Gold Black Diamond necklace. Maybe I need to buy more jewelry but I thought something should be on it.
